In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us, we do require at least 24 hours notice so that we may accommodate the needs of other clients. A cancellation fee of $25 will be charged to your account for any service cancelled or rescheduled without a 24-hour notice. When booking your appointment(s) you are committing to a reserved time to have services rendered. We understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation may be necessary, and with a 24-hour notice or more there is never a charge. If you have purchased a voucher and are unable to make your appointment without calling and canceling prior to 24 hours, Zara Spa and Salon has the right to authorize and redeem up to 100% of the service price voucher. Zara Spa and Salon will honor the purchased price of any redeemed voucher towards any full priced service.
Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow ample time to find accommodating parking and to check in. When you reserve an appointment with us, we reserve that time exclusively for you. Please note that all treatments will end on time regardless of the actual start time and will be charged in full.
If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment due to hazardous weather changes, we ask that you contact the spa at your earliest convenience. There will be no consequence or voucher redemption due to hazardous weather changes. Zara Spa and Salon has the right to cancel and reschedule any appointments due to hazardous weather changes and early closure. All efforts of contact will be utilized should there be the need for early closure due to hazardous weather.
A 72-hour cancellation and rescheduling notice is required. All group parties reserved are required to deposit 1/2 of the total amount due at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid 1 week prior to the scheduled reservation. Refunds for services are not guaranteed if changes or cancellations are made without a 72-hour notice.
Your personal contact information, such as name, address, telephone number and e-mail, will never be shared with other organizations for commercial purposes. We do not collaborate with or have special relationships with any ad server companies. We use the information you provide for internal purposes, such as confirming and tracking your appointment and appointment history, subscription or registration, analyzing trends and statistics, informing you of our new products, services and offers, and providing you with information from and about Zara Spa and Salon. To serve you better, we may combine information you give us online, in our spa or salon.
We will gladly adjust any service you receive within ten (10) days of the original visit. If you are dissatisfied with a service you have received, we are happy to provide you with the opportunity to return to the salon for us to redo the service. Redo`s are scheduled exactly like regular appointments and are provided at no charge.
Package series purchases may be refunded within 2 weeks of original purchase date. Returns made after 2 weeks of original purchase date may receive store credit for the amount remaining.
We will exchange any product within 30 days of purchase for any other product or for in-store product credit. All cosmetics and brushes may be returned within two weeks only if unused and in new condition. Credit will be based on the amount actually paid. We do not give cash back for returns.
No refunds will be given for gift card purchases. Cards may be transferred to another recipient or used for the specified amount. Card must be presented for redemption. Gift Cards must be used by expiration date. Gift Cards and/or Gift Certificates expire 1 annual year from date of purchase.
